Respond to customer messages on the web

With GoDaddy Conversations, you can respond to your customers directly from the Websites + Marketing Dashboard.

  1. Go to your product page.
  2. Scroll to Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to the website for which you'd like to see Conversations messages.
  3. Click Conversations from the top menu to access your inbox.

  4. Note: If you have not yet set up the GoDaddy Conversations app, you'll be prompted to do so. Follow the steps if you'd like to use the app, or skip this step if you prefer.

  5. Select a conversation from the list.
    Tap Text button
  6. Type a response in the Message field, and then select GDCONVERSATIONS-conversations-icon-iOS Send to send your message.
