Annulla un appuntamento programmato

Se devi annullare un appuntamento, puoi farlo in qualsiasi momento prima della data prevista.

Note: Only the site owner can cancel a scheduled appointment from the appointments dashboard.

  1. Nel dashboard, espandi Appuntamenti e quindi seleziona Calendario .
  2. Seleziona l'appuntamento in programma che desideri eliminare.
  3. Select Delete and then Okay to confirm.

An email is sent to the site owner as well as the customer whose scheduled appointment was deleted, informing them that the booking was cancelled.
