Cancel my Content Creator PRO subscription
Content Creator PRO is included in all paid Websites + Marketing plans at no extra cost. It's a tool that helps you design professional-looking imagery for your website and social media. When you're working in Websites + Marketing, Content Creator is referred to as Content Creator, and you can also subscribe to a standalone version of Content Creator.
You can cancel your Content Creator PRO subscription at any time. Once your billing period ends you’ll go back to having a free Content Creator account.
Deleting only the Content Creator app will not cancel your subscription—you’ll still be charged. To cancel your Content Creator PRO subscription, follow the steps for your device.
You can cancel your Content Creator PRO subscription through the Apple Settings app.
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your Apple ID.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Find Content Creator and select it.
- At the bottom of the screen, select Cancel Subscription.
From the Google Play Store app:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- In the upper-right corner, select your profile.
- Select Payments and subscriptions.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Select Content Creator.
- At the bottom of the screen, select Cancel subscription, and then confirm your cancelation.
From the Content Creator app:
- Sign in to your Content Creator app.
- In the upper-right corner, select
Settings. - Under Manage, select My Subscription.
- Scroll down and select Cancel Subscription.
You can cancel your Content Creator subscription on your GoDaddy account. To do this, follow the steps for deleting products in your GoDaddy account.
You’ll still have access to Content Creator PRO until your subscription expiry date, after which you'll have the free version of Content Creator.
