Annuleer een geplande afspraak

Als je een afspraak moet annuleren, kan dit op elk moment voor de geplande afspraakdatum worden gedaan.

Note: Only the site owner can cancel a scheduled appointment from the appointments dashboard.

  1. Vouw Afspraken uit op je dashboard en selecteer vervolgens Agenda .
  2. Selecteer de geplande afspraak die je wilt verwijderen.
  3. Select Delete and then Okay to confirm.

An email is sent to the site owner as well as the customer whose scheduled appointment was deleted, informing them that the booking was cancelled.
