Disconnect or remove my Professional Email powered by Titan account from the Titan MCP
Titan MCP lets compatible third-party AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT access your Titan Mail account so you can manage email with natural-language requests. If you no longer want the AI tool to have this access, disconnect or remove the connection at any time.
The following instructions cover the steps in Claude, and may change as Claude updates its service. Setup steps, availability and permission controls differ between AI tools. For more information on setup and permissions for each AI tool, consult the tool’s website.
Open the Titan MCP connector
- Sign in to claude.ai.
- On the leftmost side, select Customize.
- Select Connectors.
- Select Titan MCP from the list of connected connectors.
Select a tab based on whether you want to disconnect or remove Titan MCP.
If you only want to stop Claude from accessing your Titan account for now, disconnect it.
- In the upper-right corner, select Disconnect.
- Confirm the action if prompted.
Disconnecting Titan MCP only removes Claude's access to your Titan account. The Titan MCP connector will remain available in Claude, and you can reconnect at any time without re-entering the connector details.
If you no longer want Titan MCP to appear in Claude, remove the connector completely.
- In the upper-right corner, select ⋮ More options (three-dot menu).
- Select Remove.
- Confirm the action.
Removing Titan MCP permanently deletes the connector from Claude. If you want to use Titan MCP again in the future, you'll need to add the connector again and complete the setup and authorization process from the beginning.
Disconnecting or removing Titan MCP stops future access through that connection. It doesn't automatically delete any information Claude may have already received during the connection.
To manage information an AI provider has already processed or retained, use that provider's own privacy and account controls rather than Titan's connector settings.
