I forgot my Professional Email password

If you're a user and lost or forgot your Professional Email password, reset it. You can send a password reset to your recovery email address, your account on another device, or to the GoDaddy account owner.

Jeśli masz dostęp do konta GoDaddy lub pamiętasz hasło, zmień hasło na stronie E & Panel Office w zamian.

1. Zaloguj się do internetowej . Użyj adresu i hasła Professional Email (nazwa użytkownika i hasło GoDaddy nie będą tutaj działać).
2. Under Sign In, select the link to reset your password (it says, "Need to find your password?").
   
3. Enter your Professional Email address, and then select Continue.
   
4. Wybierz metodę resetowania hasła. Możemy wysłać łącze do odzyskiwania adresu e -mail (jeśli masz go na koncie), konta na innym urządzeniu lub właściciela konta GoDaddy.
   • Jeśli nie masz dostępu do tych metod, wybierz opcję Nie mam dostępu do żadnej z nich , a następnie postępuj zgodnie z instrukcjami wyświetlanymi na ekranie.
5. Wybierz opcję Wyślij łącze . Na wybraną przez Ciebie metodę zostanie wysłana wiadomość e -mail umożliwiająca zresetowanie hasła.
   • If you have sent the reset email to your GoDaddy account administrator, or account owner, stop after this step. They'll need to open the email and reset your password for you.
6. Open the password reset email and then select Reset Your Password.
7. Enter the same new password in both fields, and add a recovery email if you don't have one yet.
   
8. Wybierz Zmień hasło .

Aby zalogować się przy użyciu nowego hasła, wybierz opcję Wróć do logowania .
