透過GoDaddy傳送圖像
Sometimes it's useful to send an image with a message, for example, if a customer asks for a picture of a product. You can do this on all the channels linked to your GoDaddy Conversations account. The file formats supported are .jpg, .png and .gif.
Select your device below for more on how to send an image.
- 透過網頁瀏覽器前往您的GoDaddy產品頁面。
如果您有Conversations的獨立版本，展開Conversations統一收件匣。點選Conversations方案右方的「網路收件匣」 。
或
如果您使用Websites + Marketing方案，請捲動到Websites + Marketing並點選網站旁邊的管理。在左側選單中，展開Conversations 。
- 點選「收件匣」 。系統會顯示未封存的對話清單。
- 點選您想回覆的訊息。
- 選取
在回覆方塊下方新增。 - 您可以從GoDaddy相片庫或電腦選取圖像。
- 要從GoDaddy相片庫中新增圖像，請點選「從資料庫中插入圖像」 ，然後選擇您想傳送的圖像。
- 要從電腦新增圖像，請點選「從電腦附加檔案」 ，瀏覽並選取圖像，然後點選「開啟」 。
- （選用）新增簡訊。
- 點選「傳送」 。
要檢視對話記錄內的圖像：
- 在對話記錄中，捲動到您想檢視的圖像。
- 選取圖像。
- 使用瀏覽器縮放功能放大或縮小。
- 若要關閉圖像，請按圖像上任意位置，或選取圖像上的X。
請注意：圖像有時會被壓縮，但是這不會比傳統MMS對品質產生更大的影響。
Note: The GoDaddy mobile app is not available with free Conversations plans.
- 登入您的GoDaddy Conversations應用程式。
- At the bottom of the screen, tap Conversations to see a list of all your unarchived conversations.
- 點選您想回覆的訊息。
- Tap Add below the reply box.
- Add photos and documents from your mobile device (up to 5 on iOS and up to 10 on Android).
- To remove the image or document, tap X on it. To replace it with a different image or file, repeat steps 4 and 5.
- （選用）新增簡訊。
- 點選
傳送。
要檢視對話記錄內的圖像：
- 在對話記錄中，捲動到您想檢視的圖像。
- 點選圖像。
- 捏以放大或縮小。
- 如要關閉，請點選圖像上的X。
