I am wondering why there is nothing on my account, including my domain name, my credit card info. So I can't turn off auto-billing. Many Thanks.
Hi @michaelaou. Thanks for being part of GoDaddy Community! My guess would be that you accidentally set up another GoDaddy account. That happens sometimes. If you still have the receipt from when you registered the domain, it should have the correct account number on it. Alternatively, you can request your username/customer number by using the form here, which requires you to enter the email address on file for the account and an active domain that is registered in it.
