Refund for a recent cancelled product - ordered a SSL product by mistake

So ordered a SSL product by mistake i need it anyways so that was okay. but notice my bill way higher then i thought it would be. found out that i have a DNS product that was still in my cart. i have changed the DNS product but I dont know how to get a refund ? can anyone please help (i did the cancel within 10mins of making the order)
