Sites have been down over a week - no support

I have been a GoDaddy customer for over ten years and in the past year, I've seen in a significant decline in the quality of Customer Service.


I'm having a major problem with my hosting and my sites have been down over a week.  Three phone calls, lots of promises and still not resolved.


As soon as I resolve the issue, I will find another server, move the finals and demand a refund for the rest of the hosting.  I also intend on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Consumer Protect for the State of Arizona.


Now that GoDaddy has 13 million customers, I guess individuals don't matter.  No surprise in Trump's America.
