create a page with panoramic images and overlay

• Good Day: I'm looking to create interactive graphics similar to the style seen in this web site:

  I plan to create my own 360 degree panoramic images as well as the 2D maps for the inset.
  
  However, I do not know enough about web site design and plug ins. Any help to get me started would be greatly appreciated
