Those domains contain trademarks and therefore you will not be able to sell them to any buyer who will be able to use them commercially.
Your best bet (to stay out of legal trouble) is to let them expire or if you just registered them, get a refund if you are still within the window.
At any point, the companies that own those trademarks can acquire the domains from you (without paying you) via a legal process.
How about cash parking of some sort, the may be able to acquire the domain name but for a few hundred bucks they may buy the domain and save the hassle, Can they sue you for back pay?
and if you can prove that the trademark and site are used in two different industries
Simply by your message, you are making it clear that your intent is to make money off of their name, which is considered unethical.
Bottom line, if you want to do business ethically, consider this a learning experience, and let those domains expire.
I would also do some research on trademarks in domains. Here are a few good articles:
I have three domain names which I never used. I believe I can sell them. How do I go about it please. A did see an option in settings but can't find it any longer. I have three domain names to sell, if that is possible.
Thanks you so much
