What do you do when the EPP Code/ Authorization code in GoDaddy is incorrect.
We have been trying to transfer a domain away from GoDaddy but the gaining registrar's support team have confirmed that the EPP supplied by GoDaddy is incorrect and not what Afilias has in their systems.
There is nowhere to reset the EPP.
Do I need to lodge a formal complaint to Afilias?

It sounds like the interface may be glitchy? I would give customer support a call and they should be able to help you sort this one out.

No, it looks systematic. GD lost its positions as number one registrar 🙂 I tried transferring out one of the domain names, just a few days before expiration. Bad auth code. telephone support keeps saying it';s valid, accepting registrar - 'wrong'. Pretty certain, bad codes are being sent for purpose.
