Domain with prefix 'www' dones't work and I have waited for 24-48 hours

Since I tried to chat with support many times, called couple of times, and the problem is still unsolved I decided to make this post.

My domain is: and it works fine, but when I try to reach through: (including the prefix "wwww") it returns

This page can’t be found

No webpage was found for the web address:

Moving forward, the DNS records are:
Type Name Value
PS: The above table has only records I felt they could point my problem.
Digging deeper I have checked my domain using
and notice that, domain WITHOUT 'www' prefix returns server IP correctly, which is in this case ''
but when I do the DNS checker WITH the 'www' prefix, it returns bunch of different IPs. I took those IPs and made, IP Lookup and truns to be all pointing to GoDaddy servers.
  1. My domain with prefix 'www' doesn't work.
  2. My domain with prefix 'www' pointing to GoDaddy servers but return error 404.
  3. My application is .Net Application.
  4. My application is NOT wordpress.
  5. My hosting plan is: Economy Windows Hosting with Plesk
  6. My domain without prefix 'www' works fine.
Note to chat support:
  1. I waited for 24-48 hours (no thanks).
  2. DNS records were set correctly as per your advice.

Please help!

Greetings @hamdand ,

This is the most common reason that this occurs. The www. is a CNAME (sub domain) which must be added. Refer to this article or contact Support.

I hope that helps,

This is the most common answer that this reply. As I have mentioned above the CNAME was added long time ago.
