Re: cname

Hi @moncapt351, in order to add a CNAME record, you must go to your domain management area, click the [...] icon at the right of your domain name and select Manage DNS.

From that page you can add the CNAME record.

Hope it helps!

Re: cname

@moncapt351 Oh, I see...

If that target subdomain is does need to be an exclusive section, like "youtube.store.adreel.io" or "vimeo.store.adreel.io", then you need to add it as an A record. and if you also want the WWW version for that, add a CNAME.

target.store.adreel.io.       A       Your.IP.Address.here
www.target.store.adreel.io.   CNAME   target.store.adreel.io.

Hope it helps!

Hi, I have tried to do it, but when I click on "Manage DNS", all I can see are options to add nameservers, and:

None of them seem to allow me to add TXT or CNAME records.

Could you advise further, please.

Thanks.

Re: cname

I can confirm on chrome and firefox, there is not cname options.

The userinterface has changed and removed cname options.

Re: cname

Hi @cyavong,

If you will provide more details about what you are trying to do with the domain and where you are trying to direct it, our community members may be able to provide you some insight. Are you creating a subdomain? Are you forwarding to an IP hosting address or to another URL?
