3rd party email program sends, but not showing in Sent Items
Hello GoDaddy Community,
I have an issue regarding my workspace webmail. I use a 3rd-party tool to generate invocies and automatically send them via this tool. The clients receives it, but I cannot see that it was sent from my side. Nothing in the Sent Items folder. I verified the Auto-Purge setting and it's set to never.
Do someone have some insights or solution on that?
I called the support team for my 3rd-party tool and they redirected us to the service provider aka GoDaddy.
The tool is Sage 50 (an accounting tool that can generate invoices)
