I can only reply or send emails using the updated view, which doesn't give me the choices to auto purge or block senders. Everything was working fine until the last windows 7 update
Thank you for your post. I recommend trying a different browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to see if this will help remedy the issue. If you prefer not to switch browsers another option is to clear the site data and cache of any URL using secureserver.net or sso.godaddy.com. One last option would be to disable the pop up compose window as it may be that the browser is blocking the compose window from populating.
Disable Pop-up Compose
Settings > Display Settings > Composing Tab > Uncheck "Use Pop-up Compose"
