Email send works, but not copied to sent basket

In the last day or so, my Sent basket is not getting copied from my Send emails. I checked the "copy send to sent basket selections" and it if checked.  I have not made any changes to this. Did several simple tests and not getting emails to sent basket.  Any one else having this issue?

Hmmm... What email program are you using?   Where emails go depends on your software settings and if you are using POP or IMAP.  If you are on Outlook, maybe this will help? 😉
