SMTP not working on Apple Mail and MS Outlook on iPhone and iPad

Can anyone help? It’s been maybe over a month, and two separate chat sessions with GoDaddy support. My Apple Mail and Outlook Mail on my iPhone and iPad have had SMTP issues. I receive emails but cannot sent out emails. If I send out emails on Apple Mail or Outlook using my gmail accounts, those SMTP servers work fine. Webmail for GoDaddy have no issues and are working fine.

On Apple Mail and MS Outlook, I’ve fiddled around with changing the settings: SMTP SSL ports 465 and 587 as well as non SSL ports 80, 3535 and 25, all haven’t worked. I’m at my wits end and am contemplating cutting my GoDaddy EMail hosting in favor of switching to G Suites.

Would appreciate it if anyone can help.

Super User I

hello @KJROY and welcome to the community.

What are you using for email? cPanel? Workspace email? O365?

That might help us community members understand your issue better.

Good day Drew. I am using MS Office 365’s Outlook App for Mac.

Hello @KJROY .

First, I'm assuming you can still login to OWA without issue? If so, if for sure sounds like a setup issue on the on the local device.

Second, give these how-to articles a lookover:

Sadly, still no luck.
