Turn OFF SPAM filtering on Workplace Email

Some of us need unfiltered emails as Workplace emails have been in the past - we need to be sure we get every administrative email send automatically from resources like Wordpress and Woocommerce... and especially emails built-in to error routines in source code.

 

Imagine my surprise when review of an email log revealed that we can no longer rely on goDaddy to deliver critical admin traffic to us because of false positives in SPAM filtering.

 

How do we turn this off so we can regard goDaddy Workplace email as reliable for admin purposes?

Welcome to the Community!

While you won't be able to have a universal adjustment to spam filters on the GoDaddy email servers, there are actions you can take to avoid missing these important emails.

1. You can create rules in your email settings to have certain senders directed to specific folders.

2. You can designate "Allowed Senders" (or Blocked Senders) for email sources you receive frequently.

3. If you find an email in your Bulk Folder that you want to avoid missing again, you can label it for future acceptance. (same article as above)

4. You can also loosen the spam filters in that same screen, by checking the options under "Spam Filtering".

I would like to get your advice on how to do this with Workplace email forwarding - the problem cited is happening on email forwards and we need to see ALL of them,not just the ones your email filter feels are suitable.
