Can't make calls - smartline - Business Line

Been using smartline for 2.5 months. Today it just stopped working, let me call any number. Gives me an error message that it is not a valid number.

 

I tried unlinking my mobile phone and then relinking it...That didn't help.

 

Deleted the app, re-installed it and still didn't help. As a matter of fact, now i am having difficulty re-linking my mobile number to the app. Keeps stating my cell phone number is not valid - 'Error:  Please enter a valid US number to make calls.'

 

This makes no sense, I am entering a valid number. Assistance and ways to troubleshoot this issue would be great.
