Forwarding to our custom phone line to my smartline voicemail, not my phone voicemail.

Right now if someone calls our smartline number it ends up going to our personal cellphone voicemail, not the one we have saved on the settings. Do I need to do something so when someone calls and no one answers it plays my smartline voicemail, not my phone voicemail.
