I was wondering how the voicemails are stored within the app. If I have to change phones and redownload the app does the transcripts and voicemails download to the new phone or are they stored in the cloud and the app only accesses the files?
Thank you,
John

Hello @mcclayjr01
Thanks for reaching out. Everything is stored on our side. So if you uninstalled the app or switched phones, you should be able to access everything again once you've successfully signed into the app.
If you're still having trouble accessing previous data please reach out to us at 480-463-8715.
Thanks,

@mcclayjr01 The voicemails are stored within the app just like Google Voice or similar apps. godaddy.com/help/review-my-voicemail-messages-24551

I appreciate the response @justingodfrey. Would you know how they are stored? Within a blob resource or realm file? I pulled the data but all I received was text transcripts and my greeting but no other audio files
Thanks,
John
