Bug (?) in HTML Table

I have a website that I host in CPanel. I made a simple table using HTML, which I would edit directly in CPanel's HTML editor.

One day, the last 2/3 or so of the log (the last 200-ish cells) disappeared, and a '%' sign appeared at the top of the table. I input all the erased data again, but then the next morning, a '%3' appeared at the top of the table.

You can see an example of what's left of the table and the % sign here:http://okcook.co/thethingsiown2.html

I posted this to Stack Overflow, and they said it was a hosting issue, not an HTML issue.

Does anyone know why this happened?

Thank you!

Natalia

Re: Bug (?) in HTML Table

@cookcook it could be a problem of how the cpanel's html editor manages files.

I would edit the file locally, and upload it via file manager, to avoid problems and also work faster.

Hope it helps!

Re: Bug (?) in HTML Table

@cookcook Actually, I don't know, as I don't use the HTML editor in cpanel.

However, it's possible that it's a browser thing and not a cpanel bug. Either way, I'd still use some HTML editor on my side and then upload the file.

Hope it helps! Smiley Happy
