Shop for products and send a cart to my Reseller customer
Follow these steps to shop for products on your Reseller customer's behalf and send the cart to the customer for purchase.
Note: Carts you fill on behalf of a customer are unique to that customer, and cannot be shared or sent to other customers.
Required: To send a cart to a customer you must have delegate access to the account without purchase access. Follow these steps to request delegate access to the account.
- Sign in to your Reseller Control Center (use your GoDaddy username and password).
- Select Reports and then select Customer Lookup.
- For the account you want to access, select the customer Name.
- Select Shop for customer and then select products to add to the cart.
Note: Select Share
to send a URL to the customer. - Below the cart, select Continue.
- (Optional) Customize the message that gets sent to the customer.
- Select Send Cart. An email is sent to the customer to complete the purchase.
