If you’ve purchased GoDaddy Payments hardware or features through a third-party reseller, your reseller is your first point of contact for any issues or questions regarding your device and features.
Resellers handle a variety of support inquiries, including hardware sales, activation and onboarding, account support (like changing bank account info or business settings), training on GoDaddy Payments features, troubleshooting assistance, and hardware returns or replacements. The reseller deploys the device, activates it and onboards new merchants, and manages existing merchants.
