Order POS accessories and printer paper rolls
Your POS device includes all the basics you need to get started. You can also order accessories like receipt printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners and printer paper rolls, and have them shipped to you.
Some accessories are only compatible with specific Smart Terminals. Before placing your order, make sure you're ordering the correct accessory for your Smart Terminal.
- Sign in to your
Payment Tools - Accessories page (use your GoDaddy username and password). Note: If you’re still deciding which accessory and connection will work best for you, we can help:- Select View Compatibility to see a list of compatible accessories for your POS device.
- Select View Connection Types for an overview of different connection methods.
- Select Learn More to review the accessory brand, model, compatibility and tech specs.
- Find the accessory you’d like to order and select Add to Cart. If you’re ordering a printer, this is also a great time to stock up on receipt paper.
- When you're ready to check out, go to Your Cart and review your order.
- Update your shipping and payment info if needed and select Complete Purchase.
- You may be prompted to complete the one-time GoDaddy Payments setup process during checkout, if you haven’t already done so.
After you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email order confirmation and can check your order status to keep track of when it will arrive.
Receipt paper rolls are only compatible with a specific Smart Terminal version (like GoDaddy Smart Terminal Duo V3.0). Before placing your order, make sure you're ordering the correct item for your Smart Terminal. You can find the version number on a sticker on the back of your device.
- Recommended brands: MUNBYN, Thermal King, SJPACK, Gorilla Supply, FungLam
- Paper dimensions: 2.25” x 20’ (Duo V2.0), 2.25” x 55’ (Duo V3.0, Flex)
- Sign in to your
Payment Tools - Accessories page (use your GoDaddy username and password). - Under Printer Paper, select Shop Receipt Paper.
- Locate the compatible printer paper for your POS device or printer and choose the best option for you::
- Buy Now: Review your order, update your shipping and payment info if needed, and select Complete Purchase.
- Add to Cart: Once you’ve added all the items you’d like to purchase, go to Your Cart and review your order. Update your shipping and payment info if needed and select Complete Purchase.
- You may be prompted to complete the one-time GoDaddy Payments setup process during checkout, if you haven’t already done so.
After you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email order confirmation and can check your order status to keep track of when it will arrive.
