Ports open on the Web Application Firewall (WAF)

Note: Does your WAF/CDN seem to be missing features? Here's what you need to know.

The Web Application Firewall (WAF) proxies traffic exclusively through designated ports. Any traffic attempting to traverse non-designated ports will be denied access.

Should your application operate on a port outside the designated ones, we recommend taking one of the following actions:

  • Establish a sub-domain directly mapped to your Hosting IP.
  • Configure your server to proxy the application port to either port 80 or 443.

Unfortunately, We can't assist you in setting up this server-side proxy. However, your sysadmin or hosting provider should be well-equipped to guide you through this process.
