Unable to routeThis can occur for transactions over $50.00 when a digital (not physical) debit card is used. Digital debit cards don’t prompt for a PIN, but the PIN is required for transactions over $50.00.There are a few ways to resolve this:
  • Ask the customer to use the physical debit card, so they are prompted for a PIN.
  • Enter the debit card information manually.
  • Ask the customer to use a credit card (physical or digital wallet), since a PIN is not required.
