Upgrade or downgrade your Airo AI Builder plan
You can upgrade or downgrade your Airo AI Builder plan as needed. Upgrading your plan increases the number of AI credits available each month and the number of projects you can publish.
- Go to your Airo AI Builder apps page and then select your app or site.
- In the uppermost menu, select
User menu. - Select Manage my plan.
- Under Monthly Plan AI Credits, select Upgrade.
- Select Upgrade under the new plan you want.
- Complete the purchase.
Any additional AI credits, published projects and features are available once the purchase is complete.
Note: Downgrading a plan changes your plan level, available credits, published projects and applicable features at the start of the next billing period. You'll keep access to your current plan through the rest of the current billing period.
- Go to your Airo AI Builder apps page and then select your app or site.
- In the uppermost menu, select User menu.
- Select Manage my plan.
- Under Monthly Plan AI Credits, select Downgrade. Depending on your existing plan you may see Upgrade instead, but each allows you to select any plan. Note: If you want to change to a free plan, select Switch to Free and then Switch to Free a second time after reviewing the changes.
- Select Downgrade under the new plan you want.
- Review the billing notice to see when your plan will change, then select Confirm Downgrade.
