Why is Airo Plus being discontinued?
We’re moving paid Airo Plus customers to Airo AI Builder, which offers an upgraded set of tools for building and managing your business. This change gives you access to all the Airo Plus features and more, at no additional charge throughout your current term.
When will Airo Plus be discontinued?
Airo Plus will be discontinued on September 30, 2026. After that, you’ll no longer have access to Airo Plus, but if you're a paid Airo Plus customer, you can keep using the tools available to you in Airo AI Builder until your term ends.
What happens to my content when Airo Plus is discontinued?
- Logos and images you created with Airo Plus remain safely in your venture media library, so you can still access them there. This is a separate library from your Airo AI Builder media library, which is where content you create in Airo AI Builder is stored. If you create and set a new business logo in Airo AI Builder, this will be available in both your Airo media library and your venture media library.
- Compliance documents you created with Airo Plus are available on your GoDaddy Websites + Marketing site. These are not automatically available in Airo AI Builder, but you’ll still have access to them on your existing Websites + Marketing site.
- If you used the Airo Plus marketing calendar, campaigns you already scheduled will keep sending, and that content still shows in your account's marketing calendar. This is a separate calendar from the one in Airo AI Builder, where you can create new marketing campaigns going forward.
Will I still be charged for Airo Plus?
If you have a paid Airo Plus subscription, you’ll be migrated to Airo AI Builder and can keep using it for the rest of your current Airo Plus term. Auto-renewals will be turned off, so you’ll need to manually renew your Airo AI Builder subscription at the end of your term to keep using it.
If you’re on a free trial of Airo Plus, that trial period will end on September 30, 2026. All your existing logos and images stay in your venture media library, compliance documents remain on your Websites + Marketing site, and any scheduled marketing campaigns will keep sending as planned.
If you already have a paid Airo AI Builder plan along with Airo Plus, no action is needed. You already have access to Airo AI Builder, and now everything can be found in one place. Your Airo Plus content is still available. Logos and images stay in your venture media library, compliance documents stay on your Websites + Marketing site, and any campaigns you scheduled in the Airo Plus marketing calendar keep sending and still appear in your account's marketing calendar.
Can I get a refund for my Airo Plus subscription?
You won't be getting a refund as part of this move from Airo Plus to Airo AI Builder since you’re not losing any existing content. You'll get access to more features for the same cost, for the rest of your current Airo Plus term.
Auto-renewal will be turned off, so once your current Airo Plus term ends, you'll need to manually renew your Airo AI Builder subscription if you want to keep using it. If you decide it’s not for you, no action is needed and your access will simply end when your term is up.
Does Airo AI Builder have the same features as Airo Plus?

Do I need to do anything to move my account to Airo AI Builder?
No. We’ll migrate your account automatically, so there’s nothing you need to do on your end. We'll let you know before any changes take effect and keep you updated throughout the migration process.
The next time you sign in after migration, you’ll see a pop-up confirming you’ve been moved to Airo AI Builder and showing which plan you’ve been switched to, based on the closest match to your current Airo Plus plan.
