Create a recurring invoice

After setting up your Invoicing account, you can create recurring invoices in the Hub that are automatically sent to your clients at repeating intervals.

  1. Log in to The Hub.
  2. From the left-hand menu, select Clients then select Invoicing.
  3. Select Recurring Series.
  4. Select Create invoice.
  5. Select an existing client from the drop-down menu or add a new client.
  6. Enter a Line Item, the quantity and price.
  7. Select Add Item as needed to include more items in the invoice.
  8. In the Payment Details section, select how often you want the invoice to repeat.
  9. Select when to Send the invoice and when it's Due.
  10. Enter any Additional Details you want.
  11. Select Send once the invoice is ready.

The invoice will be sent to the email address associated with the client you selected when creating the recurring invoice.
