Connect GoDaddy Conversations to social media
Step 3 of the Set up GoDaddy Conversations and connect with customers series
If you have a Facebook business page or Instagram business account, connect it to GoDaddy Conversations to receive and respond to messages you’re sent through Facebook and Instagram.
If you haven’t done so yet, download and install the GoDaddy Conversations mobile app.
Note:
- GoDaddy Conversations will not work with personal Facebook pages. To create a Facebook business page, visit Facebook’s Create a business page.
- Your Instagram business account must be linked to your Facebook page so that you can use the Facebook login to access the account.
- Sign in to your GoDaddy Conversations app.
- In the lower-right corner, tap Account.
- Follow the steps to connect Conversations to Facebook.
- Follow the steps to connect Instagram.
