Workspace Email Help

Finding my email program's settings

The settings you need to set up email on your mobile device (iPhone®, Android®) or your computer (Microsoft Outlook®, Apple Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird®) might be different depending on which type of email account you have and where you purchased your email plan.

To find the setting for your email program, please log in to the Email Setup Center. For more information, see Server and port settings for Workspace.


If you see settings for both IMAP and POP3 servers, you have an IMAP email account. Use the IMAP server when you set up your email program.

If you only see settings for a POP3 server, you have a POP email account. Use this server when you set up your email program.
