Is my email backed up?
Currently, we don’t offer the ability to restore permanently deleted emails to a previous backup state.
When you delete an email from the Inbox, it’s moved to the Trash folder. If an email is deleted from the Trash folder, you’ll be asked to confirm the permanent deletion. Once an email is permanently deleted from the Trash, it’s removed from our servers and can’t be recovered.
Please note:
- Emails remaining in the Trash folder are automatically deleted after 30 days.
- If messages are downloaded to a local email client using POP3, or deleted through an email client, we can’t restore those messages to a previous state.
If you need to recover an email, please check your Trash folder before it's permanently deleted.
