Upgrade or downgrade your Airo AI Builder plan
You can upgrade or downgrade your Airo AI Builder plan as needed. Upgrading your plan increases the number of AI credits available each month and the number of projects you can publish.
- Go to your Airo AI Builder apps page and then select your app or site.
- In the upper-right, select
Menu. - Select Manage my plan.
- Under Monthly Plan AI Credits, select Edit Plan.
- Select Upgrade under the new plan you want.
- Complete the purchase.
Any additional AI credits, published projects and features are available once the purchase is complete.
Note: When a plan is downgraded, you keep access to your current plan, including available credits, published projects and applicable features through the rest of the current billing period. When you downgrade to the free plan, your projects are unpublished and deactivated. The projects are reactivated when you next interact with Airo AI Builder and the sites are republished when you upgrade to a paid plan again.
- Go to your Airo AI Builder apps page and then select your app or site.
- In the upper-right, select Menu.
- Select Manage my plan.
- Under Monthly Plan AI Credits, select Edit Plan.Note: If you want to change to a free plan, select Switch to Free and then Switch to Free a second time after reviewing the changes.
- Select Downgrade under the new plan you want.
- Review the billing notice to see when your plan will change, then select Confirm Downgrade.
