Add follow-up reminders to messages with Professional Email powered by Titan

Set reminders for your sent email if you don’t receive a reply. You can schedule these reminders in both Webmail and the Titan mobile app on Android or iOS.

Note: Follow-up reminders are only available to Pro Plus, Premium and Ultra plans. Upgrade my email plan

Select a tab based on whether you want to set a reminder in Webmail, the Android app or the iOS app.

  2. Choose whether you want to set a reminder for a new email or an email that's already sent:
    • To set a follow-up reminder for a new email, in the upper-left corner, select New email. At the bottom of the new email, select Set Follow-up Reminder.

    • To set a follow-up reminder for an email you’ve already sent, on the leftmost side, select the Sent folder, and then an email. In the upper-right corner of the email, select The clock icon for the Set Follow-Up Reminder button. Set Follow-up Reminder.

  3. Select one of the options (Tomorrow, In 2 Days, or In 1 Week) for a date that you want to receive a reminder, or to select your own date and time, select Pick a date and time.

  4. (Optional) If you selected Pick a date and time, select a date, enter a time, and then select Set Reminder.

If there's no reply to your email by your selected date and time, you’ll receive an email reminding you of your email. You can choose to send another email to follow up with the recipient.

To edit a follow-up reminder, go back to the original email, and then select Set Follow-up Reminder. Edit the reminder’s date and time, or remove the reminder.

  3. Tap one of the options (Tomorrow, In 2 Days, or In 1 Week) for a date that you want to receive a reminder, or to choose your own date and time, tap Pick a date and time.

  4. (Optional) If you tap Pick a date and time, tap a date, a time, and then SET.

You’ll see a message confirming that the reminder was set.

To edit a follow-up reminder, go back to the original email, and then select Set Follow-up Reminder. Edit the reminder’s date and time, or remove the reminder.

  3. Tap one of the options (Tomorrow, In 2 Days, or In 1 Week) for a date that you want to receive a reminder, or to choose your own date and time, tap Pick a date and time.

  4. (Optional) If you tap Pick a date and time, scroll and tap a date, a time, and then Set.

You’ll see a message confirming that the reminder was set.

To edit a follow-up reminder, go back to the original email, and then select Set Follow-up Reminder. Edit the reminder’s date and time, or remove the reminder.
