Request a tax refund (for tax-exempt customers)
If you qualify for tax exempt status, to request a tax refund contact a GoDaddy Guide or email salestax@godaddy.com.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a valid sales tax exemption.
- If your tax exempt documentation is approved, GoDaddy will refund one amount of sales tax on the order you are contacting us about.
- Taxes charged on older orders will not be refunded as they have already been remitted to the taxing jurisdiction. You may be able to request a tax refund from the jurisdiction in which GoDaddy remitted the tax. If you believe that you should receive an exception to this rule, please provide any documentation and/or information with your initial refund request.
