What are my DNS settings for Professional Email powered by Titan?

If you need to verify that you’re receiving email to your Professional Email powered by Titan, check if your domain's DNS settings are set up properly. You can find your DNS settings in the Email & Office Dashboard.

  1. 登录到您的电子邮件&Office控制面板(使用您的GoDaddy用户名和密码)。
  2. Users (用户)下,在您账户的旁边,选择Manage (管理)。
  3. Under Manage, select Set Mail Destination. You’ll see a list of your domain’s DNS settings listed. While the rest of your DNS records are unique to your domain and need to be found on the Set Mail Destination page, the MX and TXT records are the same for all users and should be as follows:
    • 2 MX records:
      主机优先级目标
      @0smtp.secureserver.net
      @10mailstore1.secureserver.net
    • 1 TXT record for SPF:
      姓名TXT值
      @v=spf1 include:secureserver.net -all
  4. 确保列出的DNS记录与您的设置中的内容匹配。查看完设置后,选择Done (完成)。
