GoDaddy Conversations brings all your business communications together in one place, making it easier to stay connected to your customers. Depending on your plan, you can manage emails, social media messages, website chats and phone calls from a single inbox.

Do I get a business phone number?
Business phone numbers are available to customers on Deluxe and Ultimate plans only. If you don't have access to a business phone number, it could be because:
- You're outside the United States: Business phone numbers come with Deluxe and Ultimate plans, which are currently available in the U.S. only. You can still use all other communication channels, including email, social media, website contact forms and chat widgets, regardless of your location.
- You're using the free version of Conversations that comes with Websites + Marketing: Your free Conversations plan doesn't include phone features. Currently, upgrading to a plan that includes telephony is only available to customers in the U.S.
- You have the Essentials plan: This plan includes unified inbox features but not phone capabilities. Currently, upgrading to a plan that includes telephony is only available to customers in the U.S.
Which communication channels can I connect to Conversations?

What does each Conversations plan offer?
All Conversations plans include a free trial to help you make an informed choice. For details and pricing in your region, compare plans and pricing.
At any time, you can from upgrade a free plan to an Essentials plan to unlock more features. Your upgraded plan becomes a standalone subscription that continues even if you cancel Websites + Marketing. If you cancel your Websites + Marketing plan without upgrading, you'll lose access to Conversations.
