Refund requested two months before.

I have cancelled my domain broker service order from your company. I have already made the payment and now would appreciate it if you could arrange for the refund of the same. The payment has been made on January 26th, 2021 via debit card. I received my refund email on the same day. But I have not received a refund for more than two months now.

 

I called and connected several Godaddy online agents to explain this issue. But I didn't receive any appropriate answers. 

 

NOTE: No issues from my bank side. They say, if the payment is done to my account then it needs display in my balance statements.
