Create an online form as a stand alone page

I am a newbie and use my go daddy pages for a few things. I am part of a non-profit group and we have a need for two forms - each collecting images. I want to do as stand alone pages, but so far can only show as a page on my website  - showing the navigation of my website. 

Since my website is not part of the non-profit, I don't want that to appear. So not sure the best solution. Any ideas?

I assume you are referring to the websites + marketing platform. To the best of my knowledge there is not an easy way to create a page that removes all the navigation / branding etc

I suggest you may want to create a google form to accomplish what you are looking for.
