Adding a subdomain with WWW

I've created 4 subdomains that are working, but they do not resolve with www.subdomain.domain

they only work with "subdomain.domain"

I presume this might be a CNAME edit? Is it possible to make my subdomains resolve using www.subdomain.domain?  Thank you for any help!

@bwilson You can:

1) Create another A Name www.subdomain.domain to forward your visitors to your host IP

2) Create a C Name to forward www.subdomain.domain to subdomain.domain.

www.subdomain.domain is treated as a separately from subdomain.domain

I need clarification on what goes into the fields of the A Record...
In the example of www.domain.com, if I want to add subdomain.domain.com what values go into:
Type:  A
Host:            ?
Points to:     ?

Thanks

Type: A Name

Host: subdomain

Points to : IP address of the server you want it to connect to
