The task was resolved today thanks to Vincent from Godaddy support,

So, you don't have to redirect Addon domains, just cancel this action if you already have made, in the Addon Domains page , simply modify the Document Root (path) to point to the website that you want to forward to ,

for example :  ( /public_html/yourwebsite.com/target_folder )

PS. Don't forget to update your sitemap file, if you need google to like you 😉

That's it ,  now when your visitors type (your-addon-domain.com) , will be forwarded to the pointed website (yourwebsite.com) , and will see (your-addon-domain.com) in the address bar.

The task solved.

Hope someone would find this helpful,

Best regards.

Thank you for responding ,

I'm aware of this topic. But it doesn't work for addon domains !

That's why I wrote this topic in order to clarify this issue.

There is no such options for Selecting Forward type, or Forward with masking in the addon domain panel !!

Please advise.

Best regards.
