How Do You Port via Cpanel Or ssh

Hello, I am making a minecraft server on my web server, i have set up everything with ssh, but i have one issue, port forwarding. is there any way to port forward from cpanel or ssh or the godaddy website, or can i submit a request to godaddy to open a port? i can't use port 80 since the web server uses that.

Can someone tell me how to port forward or a open port i can use?

Greetings @martinmmps ,

Good question, but if you are on shared hosting you would not have access to do that. If you are using our dedicated hosting this should answer your question:

I hope that helps,

Thomas is on the right track there. You'll need at least a Virtual Private Server to do what you're wanting.
