I noticed in a public dig on your domain name that the MX records are pointed to our Workspace Email services and not to the records needed for Office 365 email to function. If you created the contact@ address within O365, you should have been able to switch your domain's email service which automatically updates the MX record for you.

I have the same problem. I have changed all settings as described on GoDaddy's help article.
