SMTP issues since migration to Office365

I was migrated to Office 365 email since the workspace email was limited to 250 smtp messages in a 24hour period.


I was told that office 365's limit was 10000 msgs. That was a lie.


Swift Error: Expected response code 250 but got code \"550\", with message \"550 User has exceeded its 24-hour sending limit. Messages to 25 recipients out of 25 allowed have been sent. Relay quota will reset in 9.24 hours.\r\n\"


Now after being on the phone with over 35 support reps and 3 supervisors, its still not working


they are trying to pass the buck and blame my web host.....FFS this has nothing to do with my webhosting.


the error message is from your mailserver.....
