I have shared cPanel hosting and i setup email accounts in cPanel email. I'm facing problems with cPanel email.
Communication between email accounts hosted on same domain works fine e.g.
firstname.lastname@example.org sends a message to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org sends message to email@example.com; it works fine
when i send email from firstname.lastname@example.org to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org or anyother wel-known ESP it dosen't work.
When i send message from email@example.com to firstname.lastname@example.org i get this message few hours late:

No action is required on your part. Delivery attempts will continue for

And when i send message from gmail to firstname.lastname@example.org i receive this email:
The response was:
DNS Error: 4810123 DNS type 'mx' lookup of mysite.pk responded with code SERVFAIL
But i have setup DNS records according to this godaddy guide.
Kindly help me resolve the issue.
