Contact Managed AWS Support at GoDaddy
Here's how to contact Managed AWS (Amazon Web Services) support at GoDaddy.
Note: Only the account owner and delegate users may open a support ticket. If you're the account owner, follow these steps to add a delegate user to your account. If you're a delegate user, here's how to access someone's account as a delegate.
- If you're the account owner, go to your GoDaddy product page.
If you're a delegate user, sign in to the account as a delegate. - Go to the support ticket hub.
- In the upper-right corner, select Create Ticket.
- For What can we help you with?, select Managed AWS.
- If you're experiencing an outage, select Infrastructure Outage. Otherwise, select another option.
- Select Next, and then explain the issue in Please add a description. When you're done, select Submit Request.
Note: If you are not the account owner, be sure to include your email address and request to be CCed. Otherwise our reply will go only to the account owner's email.
