Remove an attendee from a scheduled appointment or event

If you receive notice that a customer can’t make a scheduled appointment or event, you can remove their booking without canceling the entire event at any time after they’ve booked up to the scheduled time.

  1. Go to your GoDaddy product page.
  2. Scroll down, expand Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your site.
  3. On your dashboard, expand Appointments, and then select Calendar.
  4. Select the scheduled booking you want to modify.
  5. Select the attendee that needs to delete their booking.
  6. Select Delete to ensure that only the attendee is removed from the event and not the entire event.
Note: Email confirmations of the cancellation are automatically sent to the site owner and the attendee.
